STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
Get Lean and Mean!
This program is designed to promote fat loss and joint health through proper form weightlifting. Here we're not too focused on what the number on the scale says, but more so on your physique. As you progress through this program, you can expect to become stronger, leaner, and more defined as your body weight fluctuates due to the increase of lean muscles.
If you're looking for something a little more intimate than training with a group of people, this may be your route! We will tailor to your individual needs, from exercise program to nutrition! Because of the individual focus, it will cost more than our other programs.
